I visit my doctor here, the staff and the doctors are great
The front staff unprofessional, rude and lies about there patients. Mr. Pineda and Dr. Pineda don’t seem to care. I spoke to him and no changes. Not compassionate, not caring. We are looking for doctors in our community who cares about there patients. Poor management, poor services, and they act like there patients are in line for the soup kitchen. #weareaboutourcommunity#
I went to the location at 544 Broadway. This facility knows how to treat patients, after a bad experience at the Urgent care a few steps away I decided to come in here as it was also recommended by a friend. Not only did they take me in as a walk-in, they took my insurance and verified all they needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very compassionate as well. I was feeling terribly sick and the office manager, Diana Bonilla, was extremely helpful and so were the other staff members from the moment I walked in. I strongly recommend this location.
i have been waiting here for 2hrs and 15 minutes to be seen. Not an office for working people.
Doctor was good n friendly. Office staff ok but ineffiecdnt. Everything else is horrible. Overcharge. Takes forever if u need ur medical records. Avoid this place. I'll be avoiding anything that's deals with this medical group.
