***I did finally see the arrangement...it was very pretty but for the cost and for ordering premium, it was kind of small...I just expected it to be bigger...With that being said, my perspective is not that of a florist, therefore I think pictures of the relevant size of the arrangement might be helpful for customers.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a wake last year, since I live out of town. It wasn't till much later that I learned from the family that the flowers had been delivered AFTER the wake. The funeral home called the family and sent them to their home. I never heard a word from Family Florist, and didn't ask for a refund, which I should have demanded. I would have expected that they would have contacted me or automatically refunded the charge when they realized their error.
I ordered the lavender memories spray standing arrangement for my Aunt"s Wake/Funeral. I called the the store and George was very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied, flowers were beautiful!
