the WORST!!! customer service ever seen. After ordered pizzas many times, they started to ask for "ID". I can understand due to card theft. But, if I've ordered and usually I picked up the pizza with my kids. They should know the neighbors or local customers at least. Also, I ordered a pizza by the app yesterday 10/15/17 5:16PM and wait 30 minutes then to picked up, I was with my kids. they were very excited. Honestly, I left everything in my car. I just take my credit card to pay. Then the cashier ask me for ID. I explained that I left everything and I try to convince her that it was my credit card. After talk with other guy, he saw my photo in my other credit card and charge it IMMEDIATELY. After minutes, she ask me to wait, because the pizza is not ready. I asked her. How long more if I ordered 30 minutes ago by the app. She told me that they are going to start cooking the pizza. With a little surprise I said okay. Then she reply: What did I ordered it? What were the toppings? I reply: How do you charge my card without know what I order for. Then came other guy ask me to go to my car and bring the phone to see and confirm the order (All this after the orders was paid). Completely surprised. I ask them. Why did you charge the pizza if you did not know what pizza was ordered? The guys insisted that I need to go to my car and take my phone to confirm the order. I was astonished. They charged my credit card and they did not even know that I've had ordered. I request to avoid the charge immediately and take my disappointed kids to other pizzeria. THE WORST DOMINOS EVER!!!!!!! Please, If you want to have a happy moment with the family, avoid this Dominos and go to any local pizzeria at the area.
Overpriced garbage ! The delivery guy made some weird grunting noise or sarcastic remark when I tipped him only by a buck. The guy had to drive 3 blocks to get to my place. The order was messed up too. I ordered pepperoni not plain. This place is one and done. I won't be returning. The worst customer service ever. I feel like I have to raise my voice each time that I'm on the phone because they are so clueless and don't know how to listen to their customers.
Very very very poor service I am sorry I don't complain much but these people have poor customer service I wish we had a voice so that it can be changed I am just wowwed
Didn't habe to wait any longet than 15mins. Reached home and my order was tasty!
