Slow service during late lunch. Servers were pleasant but were busy chatting. Cobb salad was plain and semi fresh.
Let me just start by saying I waited 20 mins after being seated to be asked if I would like a drink. Then after ordering I waited another 30 mins for what looked like a steak cut in half and divided between me and my boyfriend. Lobster with no meat inside and cold mashed potatoes. I was extremely disappointed, especially after having a bad experience here not too long ago. They need to either close this place or do some better training throughout the whole store.

The new GM is working hard at improving service and the all together experience at this location.
Slow service waitress knew we had a baby and wanted to leave but still took her time to get us the bill. Food was okay but not worth the money we paid. You can get far better deals in other restaurant chains.
